Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be in unworn, unwashed, and original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
